As an expectant mother, many women feel they are well supported (initially). Afterall, you have your doctor or widwife, your friends, your sister, your significant other, your parents, your neighbor who gives you parenting advice months in advance of baby’s arrival, and your co-workers. Right? Wellll….

As a pregnant woman, I found that while I had a lot of advisors and many information providers, support of me was lacking. I wanted to feel that my needs and goals for my pregnancy were more supported. Instead I often felt I was being preached to or enlightened by the views of others and their advice. I only wish I’d known that pregnancy coaching existed then!

Think for a moment about your pregnancy. Do you feel heard, respected, and totally supported? For some the answer is “yes”. That’s great! For others the answer is “sometimes” or “not really”. For those latter responses, a pregnancy or post partum coach can add amazing value to your experience. While I am educated on holistic pregnancy, borth planning, and such, I am here to support your pregnancy decisions and your identity as a mom. I am here to value you, guide you to your answers, support your decisions, and help you clarify what you want. I approve of your design for your pregnancy and motherhood journey. I believe you are an expert on what you need, and I can help you to see that as well.
